Our Mission

As our word spreads, more needy widows from neighboring villages are quickly approaching for help given their curse of hunger and poverty. It breaks our heart to turn down any needy widow due to limited resources. Further to obtaining exemption, the general public will be our backbone to expand our project. Through our members, our organization's fundraising efforts will provide the means to fund these projects in more parts of India. Each board members elected are well qualified, caring and non-related individuals, who share the same passion for our mission. These members are well-known in the service industry for their philanthropic work and each is committed to donating a minimum of 4 hours per week, or more when needed.

Widows can't leave their village by themselves to come to cities and it is an even bigger challenge if they have children to raise. Providing monthly essentials takes away their fear of dying from hunger and helps them to feed their children. This allows the widow to consider other necessary and basics such as how to protect, support and educate their children.
